It’s cocktail night at Snowberry and we’re having The Bees Knees 🐝 from @paulfeig book Cocktail Time! It’s simple but does require a teensy bit of advance prep. Here goes …

2oz Gin
3/4 oz Meyer lemon juice
1/2 oz Honey syrup (this is the prep part)

To make the syrup combine 1/4 cup honey with 1/4 cup water in a small sauce pan. Heat and stir until honey and water are blend. Do not bring to a simmer, boil or otherwise overheat. Once blended, pour into small container and refrigerate.

When ready to mix your drink, combine ingredients in ice filled cocktail shaker. Shake and strain into chilled glass. Garnish with lemon zest. 🍋
