It’s cocktail night at Snowberry and we’re having Yuzu Mezcal Margaritas! I know, my Irish ancestors are rolling in their graves. I just discovered Yuzu juice and it’s a great addition to all kinds of cocktails (and food recipes) … see how I made it below and more on Yuzu juice and the printable recipe tomorrow on the blog.

Yuzu Mezcal Margarita (serves 2)
2 oz Mezcal
2 oz Reposado Tequila
1 oz Fresh lime juice
1 oz Yuzu juice
1 oz Simple syrup
1 oz Agave nectar

Add all ingredients to cocktail shaker full of ice. Shake and strain into chilled glasses (rim with salt, if desired). Garnish with lime.

Sweaters, jeans, and loafers are right in my wheelhouse, and I adore my new cropped, cable knit sweater from Target. Paired with a wide leg trouser jean (I’m also a big fan 👖) and suede loafer mules. It’s the perfect outfit to navigate the transition from winter to spring. Which, let’s face it, has been a little bumpy. Oh, and a pop of spring color 💚 in this cute woven, bean green bag.

Speaking of that, after major downpours all weekend, the sun is peaking through today and it’s a little warmer, and slightly humid. Enjoying it while I can because more rain is expected to night through tomorrow. Oof.
