Prosciutto & Brie Tartine with Arugula & Strawberry Puree
A delightful summer lunch or snack.
- 4 slices good bread like Sweet Batard, Rustic Sour, Pain Au Levain
- Strawberry Puree
- Brie cheese Bring to room temperature so cheese is spreadable
- Baby arugula
- Strawberry Puree to drizzle over top
Toast the bread.
Speed each slice with a generous amount of strawberry puree. Substitution: strawberry jam.
Spread brie over bread.
Layer on slices of prosciutto.
Top with baby arugula.
Drizzle with strawberry puree.
