Prosciutto & Brie Tartine with Arugula & Strawberry Puree

Ingredients
  

  • 4 slices good bread like Sweet Batard, Rustic Sour, Pain Au Levain
  • Strawberry Puree
  • Brie cheese Bring to room temperature so cheese is spreadable
  • Baby arugula
  • Strawberry Puree to drizzle over top

Instructions
 

  • Toast the bread.
  • Speed each slice with a generous amount of strawberry puree. Substitution: strawberry jam.
  • Spread brie over bread.
  • Layer on slices of prosciutto.
  • Top with baby arugula.
  • Drizzle with strawberry puree.
