Strawberry Puree
Delicious puree to drizzle over all kinds of things from to desserts.
Ingredients
- 4 cups Strawberry's, hulled and halved
- 1/4 cup Sugar
- 1 tsp Lemon juice, fresh squeezed
Instructions
- Place strawberries, sugar and lemon juice into blender or food processor and blend for about a minute.
- Using a funnel, pour into a squeeze bottle for easy drizzling.
