Yuzu Mezcal Margarita

Ingredients
  

  • 1 oz Mezcal
  • 1 oz Reposado Tequila
  • 1/2 oz Fresh Lime Juice
  • 1/2 oz Yuzu Juice
  • 1/2 oz Simple Syrup
  • 1/2 oz Agave Nectar
  • Lime Wheels for garnish
  • Rimming salt, if desired

Instructions
 

  • Add all ingredients to a cocktail shaker filled with ice.
  • Shake well and strain into chilled glasses over ice.
  • Garnish with a lime wheel.
  • If you like a salt rim for your margarita, you'll like it for this version too. Totally optional.
